There are a number of factors that will determine the cost to having concrete lifted; such as the amount of square feet, how far the concrete has settled, if there are voids present, if the joints will need to be cut, accessibility to the job site, the manner in which the concrete has settled, what is adjacent to the concrete, etc. Generally speaking the cost is 1/4 to 1/3 the cost of replacement and in some instances can cost as much as 1/2 the cost. For example most concrete contractors in the Spokane area have a minimum fee of $2,000-$2,500, OUR minimum fee is $600.
